Java2Demo running on IcedRobot

Through the work of the incredible Michael Starzinger, Rémi Forax and Xerces Rånby, the famous Java2Demo now runs in IcedRobot/Daneel. That is the Java2Demo.jar, compiled to Android .dex/.apk file, and run on IcedRobot/Daneel on OpenJDK:
It still needs some small tricks to cheat the Java verifier, but other than that it runs just fine. Performance is indistinguishable from running directly on Java.
Next steps will be:
- Port/implement the Android class libraries to IcedRobot.
- Get the Android application framework running to be able to host actual Android applications
